
Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and programs offered by Paramount Training, operated by Ben Halsall. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Due to the time, planning, and commitment involved in coaching services, all purchases are subject to this Refund Policy. Paramount Training reserves the right to enforce these terms at its discretion.
2. Pay-Per-Session Services
All single-session purchases are:

Non-refundable once the session has been completed

Non-refundable if missed without proper notice
Unused sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with scheduling policies, but no refunds will be issued once a session is booked and delivered.
3. Bulk Session Packages
Clients may purchase session packages in advance at a discounted rate.
Refund eligibility for unused sessions is limited as follows:

A maximum of 50% of the total purchased sessions may be eligible for refund

Refunds apply only to unused sessions

Completed sessions are non-refundable under all circumstances
Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions originally purchased, not the number remaining.
Examples:

If you purchase 10 sessions:

Maximum refundable sessions = 5

If 8 sessions are used → 2 remain → only 1 session is refundable

If 5 sessions are used → 5 remain → only 2 sessions are refundable

Refunds will be rounded down to the nearest whole session.
4. Nutrition Plans and Custom Programs
All nutrition plans, meal plans, and customized fitness programs are:

Non-refundable once delivered

Considered fulfilled upon receipt
Due to the personalized nature of these services, no refunds will be issued after delivery.
5. Group Programs and Coaching
All group programs, challenges, and coaching services are:

Non-refundable once the program has started
-
Non-refundable after access to materials or sessions has been granted
Partial participation does not qualify for a refund.
6. Expiration of Sessions
All purchased sessions and packages may be subject to expiration timelines. Any unused sessions after the expiration period may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of this policy may be considered in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Paramount Training.
Approval of any exception does not guarantee future exceptions.
8. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be:

Processed using the original method of payment

Issued within a reasonable timeframe
No refunds will be issued in cash unless originally paid in cash.
